Lodging: All lodging will be at the Vintage Hotel in hotel rooms from August 21 arrival to August 24 departure and will be comped for the NSCF elected officers, one delegate/alternate per council and one committee representative per each committee (Committee reps will receive a separate e-mail inviting them).

Meals: Hosted continental Plus Breakfast provided at the Vintage Hotel each morning. Lunch: One lunch is hosted at the hotel the other will be at the Five Mountain Tavern at the Vintage for $20 inclusive per person. The Five Mountain Tavern will have soup, salad, sandwich buffet, ice tea and lemonade. There will be vegetarian options as well.  Payment can be made on the website using pay pal or paid by check to NSCF and sent to Dawn Petermann at the address above. Thursday wine and cheese welcome reception hosted by Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park. Dinner: one hosted dinner by Winter Park Sales Council and one dinner with price to be determined.  

Spouses: are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting. There will be a charge paid to Winter Park Resort that the NSCF is collecting. The cost is $180 for 3 nights lodging, 3 plus breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner and the welcome reception. You will need to register via the website. Additional Council (non spouse) people: are welcome to participate. Due to the limited number of compd rooms the NSCF is collecting $50 per additional council person. This will cover 3 nights lodging, 3 plus breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, the welcome reception and attendance at the meeting. You will need to register via the website.  You may pay by following the link or sending a check payable to NSCF to:

Air Transportation and ground transfers are on your own.

Transfers: Denver Airport is about 90 miles from Winter Park. Winter Park Resort Travel Services holds contracts with major airlines, shuttle services and rental car companies, which offer discounts in conjunction with your lodging package.  Please contact Winter Park Resort Travel Services at 1-800-977-6196 and ask for either Romina Canton, ext. 454 or Sheila McCaddon, ext. 705, for assistance.

Denver Airport is about 90 miles from Winter Park. Home James Transportation is the local transportation company to Winter Park and has agreed to offer a 40% discount to all NSCF members.  You can contact them at 1-800-359-7503 to book your transportation. Round trip discounted price is $69.60 or $34.80 one way.

Pre and Post Conference Stays Only: 

Hotel Lodging per night: $55 in a Hotel Room plus 4.1% resort fee & 8.9% tax. (Approximately $62.35 per night)  
Studio Lodging per night: $74 in a Studio Unit plus 4.1% resort fee & 8.9% tax. (Approximately $83.89 per night)
